Monaghan Sports Partnership is delighted to bringย  some new programmes to families absolutely FREE to help everyone remain active during the current coronavirus pandemic.



The first of which is a beginner 0 to 3k Walk To Jog 6-week programme, ideal for young and old and which can be completed within current HSE guidelines.ย โ˜‘๏ธ

This tailored programme is ideal for those who wish to improve their overall fitness and lifestyle while getting a little fitter.ย โ˜‘๏ธ


It is a simple progressive programme that begins with more walking than jogging, and gradually evolves into more jogging than walking.ย โ˜‘๏ธ


No fitness levels are required, just a commitment to completing 3 sessions per week for the duration of the programme.ย โ˜‘๏ธ


The programme is absolutely FREE and all participants will be issued with weekly training plans as well as some video classes and tutorials from professionals on mobility/ core strength, flexibility and training and nutrition tips.ย โ˜‘๏ธ


The programme begins Monday 27th April, when we will issue participants with week 1 training sessions, you can join the programme at any time over the next 2 weeks.ย โ˜‘๏ธ
