SAQ Speed, Agility & Quickness
Speed, Agility and Quickness is a system of training that enhances performance in all sports. It improves acceleration, speed, fast arm action, footwork, response time and explosiveness. It increases visual awareness, hand-to-eye co-ordination, and general manual dexterity. It promotes control, energy utilisation and strength development. S.A.Q. concentrates on proper running form and explosive movement patterns for sports which require speed, agility and quickness as a base prerequisite for success. The S.A.Q. spectrum covers everything from dynamic warm up and flexibility, to running and movement patterns, to explosive weight systems, to diet maintenance. Each piece of the S.A.Q .programme may be used individually or collectively and will generate tremendous results.
